Read MoreAs part of our expanding research focus on dynamics in the south of Iraq, we have just completed qualitative data collection in the governorates of Basra and Thi-Qar, exploring the connection between environmental degradation, economic insecurity, and social conflicts. Our enumerators have been covering most of the rural areas in these governorates for this research on rural resilience funded by the World Food Programme. Findings soon out!
